It would be fitting if 7th Heaven was situated in the 7th sector, in the southern area of Edge. The numbers on the ground do not exist here or in Dirge of Cerberus, but DoC has signs which properly label each area in accordance to the official artwork. The numbering is not clearly present in Advent Children. Some signs refer to "Sectors", but I can't be sure if the people of Edge refer to sectors of the town like they used to speak of the Midgar sectors.
